Our mission is to build lasting connections between the community and police officers of Summit. We meet our mission by sponsoring and hosting events and programs that create pride and foster community spirit in our great city of Summit.
The Summit PAL Golf Classic is our largest source of funding and enables us to sponsor community events, award scholarships to graduating Summit High School seniors, and to sponsor the nationally recognized D.A.R.E. program.
The Summit PAL awards scholarships to deserving Summit High School students in the spring of each school year. Scholarships are awarded based on a number of considerations including academic record, extra-curricular activities, leadership and financial need.
